Instacart you can just start driving whenever and pick up batches consistently. Yes, you can pick up a shift but it's whatever time slot they offer which might not work for you if that makes any sense. Also, I can't even say this is very flexible. I love delivering (I also do Instacart), but I would say stay away from Flex because by the time you put gas and miles on your vehicle and pay your taxes you are left with very very low pay. I stopped driving because it was a waste of my time. I had that happen twice and both times I called support stating that a package was taken off my route and I delivered all packages. Driver support is terrible and sometimes if packages are not taken off your route properly at the station, your app will tell you your rating dropped due to "Delivery Completion".
